Dear Sir/Madam,

The UN in Viet Nam seeks 01 national professional video producer/editor to document the construction process of the Green One UN House.

The proposal to establish a Green One UN House in Viet Nam has two key purposes - to help the UN in Viet Nam 'Deliver as One' and 'Deliver Green'.

Currently, staff from the sixteen UN agencies in Viet Nam are housed in eleven different locations in Ha Noi.  Co-location into a Green One UN House is a prerequisite to the full implementation of the One UN Initiative, including being able to enhance its development effectiveness by clustering staff according to functions, rather than on an agency basis.

The UN in Viet Nam would like to document the construction process of the Green One UN House - from the very first groundbreaking ceremony to the final House is completed and UN agencies have moved in.

Documenting this process is important from the point of view of general staff communication and awareness, from a legacy and record perspective, and also to help facilitate the needed change management process.

It is therefore proposed to develop a regular 'progress report' in video and photography form. The video footage and still images will serve to document the construction of the Green One UN House and can be used for different communication purposes, both during and after the construction.  During the construction, the footage will be used to provide regular updates to staff, via the UN Viet Nam intranet.

(i) demonstrating the capability of working independently, managing and producing the final product(s) as required within the set tight deadlines,
(ii) demonstrating experience in working with international organizations in Viet Nam
