Dear all,

The last invitation was sent out to 32 invitees, there were 11 out of 12
replied persons chose to attend the 2nd meeting of S-CCWG on 19/12. As
assuming that others, who didn’t respond, will be available at any date
proposed, I am pleased to announce that we will meet on 19th December.

I will remind you about the meeting about 10 days prior to the date, and
ask for your attendance confirmation. I will send out the meeting agenda,
time and venue one week before the meeting. The language used in the
meeting will be both Vietnamese and English, participants are encouraged to
communicate in the language they are confident with. Participants should
actively get support from nearby colleagues when the opponent language is
used, if needed.

About the presentation, I got the confirmation from GIZ to share CCA
livelihood models of CCCEP program. I am waiting for 2 more sharing offers
from others.

Please forward this invitation to others who may be interested in but
haven’t been in the mailing list. Hope to see you all next month,

Best regards,

Dear all,

Thanks Miguel for introducing VFD to chair the next meeting.

About the next topic on CC adaptive and resilient livelihood models, we can
share our current implementing models which should be applied in the Mekong
Delta. We can warm up this section with 2-3 presentations before plenary

our discussion lively. To who has interesting stories to share, please send
me the title and brief description (if possible) of the model before
22ndNovember. And I wish to receive the completed presentation 2 days
prior to
our meeting day.

Proposed outline for the presentation (10-15 minutes each)

· Name of the model, implementing stakeholders

· Model description: what make it different to conventional
practices, focus on CC adaptation and/or mitigation
