[ingo-hcmc] Dual training in basic hairdressing: recruitment of participants

Enfants&Développement is a French NGO. In Vietnam, to respond to the 
needs of many disadvantaged young and adults, E&D leads a vocational 
training and job placement program to help them in their professional 
and social integration.
We are now recruiting 30 participants to take part in the *14 weeks dual 
training in basic hairdressing co-organised with L'Or**é**al.***
_
Training program:_
oSchedule: September 18, 2014 -- December 21, 2014
oSchool session: 7 weeks at L'Oréal Training Centre
oApprenticeship session: 7 weeks, placement in a hair salon to be 
arranged by L'Oréal.

Participant:_
oVulnerable young ladies aged 15 -- 30
oInterested in hairdressing
oEducation level: minimum grade 5
oGood attitude
oWilling to work in the hair industry
oCommitted to fully participate in the training
Deadline to submit an application: Wednesday, the 27^th of August, 12h00.

___Benefits:_
oThe training is completely free
oE&D provides a small allowance during the school session to support any 
expenses related to the training
oE&D provides an individualized follow-up during the whole training
oThe participants receive a small salary during the apprenticeship
oThe participant may be offered jobs at hair salon after successfully 
graduated from the training.
