Xin chào Bạn:

Trung tâm Hỗ trợ Phát triển Cộng đồng LIN đang tìm kiếm Mentor (Người hướng
dẫn) cho chương trình Huấn luyện và Hướng dẫn nhân viên nữ ở các tổ chức
phi lợi nhuận. Dự án này nhắm đến việc trang bị kiến thức và công cụ cho
các nữ nhân viên phi lợi nhuận để họ sử dụng nó phát triển bản thân, đạt
được cân bằng công việc – cuộc sống, và qua đó giữ được động lực cũng như
sự tập trung vào sứ mệnh tổ chức phi lợi nhuận của họ. Đồng thời, chúng tôi
hi vọng xây dựng một cộng đồng vững mạnh hơn bằng cách kết nối những phụ nữ
ở nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau cùng quan tâm đến việc phát triển cộng đồng.
Chương trình đòi hỏi người hướng dẫn cam kết khoảng 4 giờ/tháng trong thời
gian sáu tháng (từ tháng 5 đến tháng 10-2014).

Dear INGO Friends:

The LIN Center for Community Development is seeking experienced executives
from the private sector and International NGOs who might be interested to
get involved in an exciting new mentoring program for female nonprofit
professionals in Ho Chi Minh City. The mentoring program is part of a
larger LIN initiative designed to empower female nonprofit professionals.

The mentoring program requires a commitment of about four hours per month,
over the course of six months (May to October 2014), and mentors must be
able to speak fluent Vietnamese. The experience would be meaningful to
anyone interested in learning more about not-for-profit organizations
and/or women's empowerment. Please find the job descriptions and
