*Trung tâm Hỗ trợ Sáng kiến Phục vụ Cộng đồng* (CSIP) là tổ chức phi lợi
nhuận, phi chính phủ Việt Nam hỗ trợ lĩnh vực DNXH tại Việt Nam.

CSIP mời anh/chị tham gia khảo sát này về nhu cầu và sự sẵn sàng của các tổ
chức XHDS đối với doanh nghiệp xã hội. Một số tổ chức tham gia khảo sát có
thể được chọn vào dự án *Hỗ trợ* *đổi mới tổ chức XHDS* (ICSO) tại Việt Nam
do Quỹ Xã Hội Dân Sự - Đại sự Quán Ailen (Irish Aid) tài trợ.

Dự án* Hỗ trợ đổi mới tổ chức XHDS *tại Việt Nam sẽ tập trung vào việc giới
thiệu DNXH như một cách tiếp cận sáng tạo để giải quyết những vấn đề xã hội
trong nước và xây dựng năng lực kinh doanh của các tổ chức XHDS trên khắp
Việt Nam. Dự án đặc biệt nhắm đến các tổ chức XHDS đang hoạt động trong ba
lĩnh vực *trao quyền cho phụ nữ, dân tộc thiểu số và người khuyết tật *để
phát triển thành công DNXH của họ, đóng góp cho sự bền vững về mặt tài
chính và mở rộng tác động xã hội của các tổ chức này.

Thông tin các anh/chị cung cấp sẽ được dùng để đánh giá tiềm năng phù hợp
giữa năng lực của tổ chức và dự án này. Sự tham gia của anh/chị là hoàn
toàn tự nguyện và không đảm bảo cơ hội nhận được tài trợ từ dự án.

Anh/chị vui lòng hoàn tất khảo sát trước ngày *28/3/2014*.

The Center for Social Initiatives Promotion <http://www.csip.vn/> (CSIP)
is a Vietnamese non-governmental and not-profit organisation that supports
the emerging social entrepreneurship sector in Vietnam.

CSIP invites you to complete this survey regarding CSOs’ need for social
enterprise. The survey is about your organization’s interest and readiness
in implementing social enterprise activities.

Some survey participants may be selected to participate in the *Innovating
Civil Society Organizations (ICSOs) Support program*, sponsored by Irish
Aid.

The *Innovating CSOs Support Program *will focus on introducing social
enterprise as an innovative approach to address social issues in the
country and building business capacity of CSOs across Vietnam.
The project particularly targets CSOs working in three sectors: (1) women's
empowerment, (2) ethnic minorities and (3) people with different abilities
(PWDA), to successfully develop or implement their social enterprises,
which will contribute to their financial sustainability and increase their
social impact.

The information that you provide will be used to assess the potential fit
between your capabilities and the project. Your participation, however,
does not guarantee an opportunity to receive support from this project, and
is completely voluntary.

We ask that you complete it *no later than Friday, March 28, 2014*.  Your
results will not be shared without your prior permission.
