[ingo-hcmc] UNDP consultancies: Three individual national consultants to review GEF-5 portfolio and cycle in Viet Nam and drafting GEF-6 Action Plan.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 03 individual national Consultants on (i)   Biodiversity and Land Degradation; (ii) Climate Change Energy Efficiency and (iii)  POPs to review GEF-5 portfolio and cycle in Viet Nam and drafting GEF-6 Action Plan.

The main objectives of the assignment are to:

*         Critically analyze national GEF-5 portfolio implemented by all IAs, identify the successes and weaknesses in matching national priorities and GEF programmatic objectives;

*         Provide a set of recommendations on developing, approving and implementing projects for all IAs in the upcoming GEF-6 cycle to GEF OFP;

*         Draft a GEF-6 National Action Plan for Viet Nam.
The assignments are from June 2014-September 2014:

*         Consultant focusing on Biodiversity and Land Degradation: estimated 15 working  days

*         Consultant focusing on Climate Change Energy Efficiency: estimated  15 working days

*         Consultant focusing on POPs: estimated 12 working days
