[ingo-hcmc] Request for proposal to provide Cafeteria and catering service for Green One UN House

For your information.

The UN Agencies in Vietnam are housed in different locations at Hanoi. A new Green One UN House (GOUNH) at 304 Kim Ma, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi is in the final stages of completion and this will house 10 UN Agencies.

UNDP Vietnam requests for proposals from qualified firms to provide Cafeteria Services and Catering Services  for GOUNH.

The initial period for providing Canteen & Catering service is 2 years with possible extension to another 01 year subject to UN requirements and the contractor's satisfactory performance.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Full solicitation document can be referred as attached.  Please use Annex 2a attached for preparing your proposal.

As indicated in the above RFP (page 5), UNDP will organize a pre-bid meeting and a site visit to facilitate your proposal preparation and you are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting and site visit.

You are requested to send me your participation confirmation by 03 June 2014.

Time and venue of the pre-bid meeting will be informed in due course upon receipt of your confirmation.
