Dear Colleagues and Friends,

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking an International Advisor for a review of GEF-5 cycle, an action plan for GEF-6 and advisory services for GEF OFP in Viet Nam.

The main objectives of the assignment are to:

*         Lead and supervise the review of national and IAs experiences in implementing, advocating and approving GEF-5 projects by national consultants

*         Prepare a GEF-6 national action plan for Viet Nam

*         Review functions and  advise on capacity building and operations of the newly appointed GEF OFP office in MONRE
The assignment is estimated 20 days total from June 2014 to September 2014.
