UNDP Vietnam is seeking a qualified National expert on Capacity and institutional strengthening for preparation phase of the Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) project in Viet Nam.

The overall objective of the assignment is to assist the team leader and local consultant in the preparation of the medium-size Project Document to support the team to secure partnerships, co-financing agreements with stakeholders, and facilitation of drafting the project document.

1.         Letter of interest demonstrating qualification and experience of the candidate as required in the Evaluation Criteria
