can read about the three finalist projects and vote for your favorite
online, via  the Narrow The Gap website

The online and offline votes will be counted, weighted and combined to
determine which of the above three projects will win the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
place grants, valued at VND 150 million, 100 million and 50 million
respectively. The results will be announced during the Narrow the Gap
Community Event on September 26th.
