Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified 01 International Consultant for Supporting to Development and Implementation of R&D Training Program on LED Lighting Technologies (IRDT).

The objective of this assignment is to provide technical advice to the national consultant on the development and implementation of R&D training program on LED Lighting Technologies. This training program will enhance the capacities of relevant national lighting R&D organizations as well as R&D centers of local manufacturers (lighting engineers, lighting products designers, LED lighting suppliers) to produce high quality LED lighting products meeting the Vietnamese and international standards.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
