AAT Vietnam is seeking for a consultant for program evaluation.

The evaluation consultant is responsible for these deliverables:


·Proposal with detailed methodology, field survey plan and data 
collection tools;

·Timely and thorough implementation of the evaluation;

·Project evaluation draft reports and, after AAT review of drafts, final 
report;

·The final report must be in English;

·Due to limited budget, no final workshop will be organized.

Expected starting date: 15 September 2016. Ending date: 30 September 2016.

The final report has to be completed by 1 October 2016.

Because the budget is tight, it is preferable that the candidate is from 
the south of Vietnam (to reduce transportation expenses).
