Greetings from the Council of the 4th ICCF Conference!

The Children & Youth Wellness Technical and Advocacy Center (CYWTAC), Inc.,
a community-based non-government organization in the Philippines duly
licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD),
together with our partner agencies, is spearheading the *4th International
Conference on Children and Families *with the theme: “*Celebrating Child &
Family Protection Services,  Practices & Programs Worldwide” *this coming
October 12-13, 2018 at Zenith-Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand
is known for its numerous Golden palaces, floating markets, majestic
porcelain-laid spires and bustling modern lifestyle in a culturally rich
country.

In this conference we hope to bring together wide range of specialists in
the field of child and family development. The aim of this conference is to
showcase best practices, services and programs for child and family
protection so that cross-border cooperation can be established and
attendees can form international, social and professional relations and in
the end coordinate efforts worldwide. This conference will bring together
people working on Children & Family dynamics in order to forge stronger
connections among them and thereby better serve children and families all
over the world.

In this connection, may we invite all Social Workers, Researchers and
child/family care workers working directly with children, women and
families either as attendee/participant or as a presenter in this
INTERNATIONAL endeavor? This International Conference is open to NGO Staff,
Government Officials  Child and Family Protection Officers, Researchers,
Educators/Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Psychologists, Counselors,
Social Workers, Rehabilitation Care Workers, , Residential Center
Directors, Child and Family Specialists and Consultants.
