The Norwegian Mission Alliance in Vietnam (NMA-V) is currently looking for a consultant for Baseline survey on the project of climate change resilience in Tien Giang, Hậu Giang, Tra Vinh and Soc Trang Province. Please see the attached TOR for more detail.
