<div>Kính gửi các tổ chức,</div><div>Nhóm cộng tác vì sự tham gia của người dân (PPWG) và một số tổ chức/cá nhân quan tâm đến bài báo "xã hội dân sự" - một thủ đoạn của diễn biến hòa bình đăng trên báo nhân dân điện tử ngày 31 tháng 8 năm 2012 (xem link ở đây <a href="http://www.nhandan.com.vn/cmlink/nhandandientu/thoisu/chinh-tri/2.670/x-h-i-dan-s-m-t-th-o-n-c-a-di-n-bi-n-hoa-binh-1.365283">http://www.nhandan.com.vn/cmlink/nhandandientu/thoisu/chinh-tri/2.670/x-h-i-dan-s-m-t-th-o-n-c-a-di-n-bi-n-hoa-binh-1.365283</a>), nhóm nòng cốt của PPWG đã tổ chức cuộc họp ngày 6 tháng 9 năm 2012 với sự tham gia của hơn 40 đại biểu (xem biên bản trong file đính kèm). Trong cuộc họp, mọi người đều đồng ý có một lá tâm thư gửi cho Tổng biên tập báo Nhân Dân để chia sẻ cảm xúc, chính kiến cũng như làm rõ quan điểm của bài báo về XHDS. Chính vì vậy, nhóm thư ký đã soạn thảo lá thư trong file đính kèm để cho mọi người ký tên (endorse) trước khi gửi cho Tổng biên tập báo nhân dân. </div>

- Tên tiếng Việt đầy đủ của tổ chức và tên viết tắt. </div><div>- Khẳng định tổ chức mình ký tên dưới bức thư</div><div>Chúng tôi sẽ sắp xếp tên tổ chức theo thứ tự ABC trong bản cuối cùng trước khi gửi cho Báo nhân dân. </div>
