<div>The <a href="http://www.vef.gov" target="_blank">Vietnam Education
Foundation (VEF)</a> Fellowship Program, funded by the U.S. Government,
brings Vietnamese nationals to the United States for graduate degree
programs on the sciences (natural, physical, and environmental), technology
(including information technology), engineering, mathematics, and medicine
(including public health and health sciences). <br>
<br>
We are pleased to announce a new application cycle of the VEF Fellowship
Program for the 2014 Cohort. There will be 45 Master's/Doctorate
Fellowships with full financial support through a cost-sharing agreement
between VEF and U.S. universities available.</div>
<div>Application form will be available online only at the VEF website at:

10:00 a.m., December 10, 2012 to 10:00 a.m., April 10, 2013 (Vietnam time
