<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#333333">UNDP Viet Nam seeks a national consultant for review, assessment and analysis of environmental protection inspection and supervision, handling of violation, environment related disputes and litigation and compensation
for damages caused by environmental pollution and degradation to provide recommendation for the revision of the Law on Environmental Protection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#333333"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#333333">The objectives of this assignment are (i) to identify shortcomings and discrepancies in environmental protection inspection and supervision, handling of violations, environmental disputes and litigation solutions,
compensation for damages caused by environmental pollutions and (ii) to provide recommendation for the revision of the LEP.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
