<span style="color:#333333">UNDP Viet Nam seeks a national consultant for review, assessment and analysis of issues related to technical regulation on environment, environmental license, environmental monitoring, reporting, and forecasting to provide technical
inputs to the revision of the Law on Environmental Protection.<br>

The objectives of this assignment are to (i) identify shortcomings and inconsistencies of provisions of environmental technical; environmental licensing; environmental monitoring, reporting, and forecasting and (ii) propose solutions to overcome the identified
shortcoming and recommendations for the revision of the LEP.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
