<p class="MsoNormal">UNDP Viet Nam is seeking a qualified Firm/Organization to provide Measurement and Environmental Analysis during Construction Stage at 304 Kim Ma Street, Ha Noi, Vietnam

<p class="MsoNormal">The renovation work of the Green One UN House will be commenced following the Approval No. 6178/VPCP-QHQT by the Prime Minister, Construction Permit No. 63/GPXD and Ground Breaking Ceremony on 21 January 2013. In the construction phase
of the UN House, air-pollution is one of the environmental concerns. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Therefore, a qualified contractor is required to conduct ambient air-quality monitoring programme during construction stage of the Green One UN House.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The contractor is required to monitor Air quality including:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- The monitoring indicators :dust, SO2, NO2, CO, noise, temperature, humidity, light.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Location of monitoring : at 02 expected positions as follow :<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">. 01 point at parking lot.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">. 01 point at Technical Building.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Frequency of sampling and analysis: 01 time/month during construction stage.<o:p></o:p></p>
