of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as well mass organizations involved with disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in Viet Nam in order to make substantive written contributions to the development of the
Viet Nam SREX and Practical Guidelines.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
