<p class="MsoNormal">Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Tram is President of
Vietnam Social Enterprises Network and Board Member of Vietnam
Creative Entrepreneurs Club. Her professional work focuses on
socio-economic policy analysis & strategy
development. Over her career, Ms. Tram dedicates much of her
time in providing social services. She actively leveraged a
community network (with 4000 active members) to spread
awareness about social problems and to provide employment
opportunity for youth with disabilities, victims of domestic
violence, and care for children with autisms ... Ms Tram
earned her Master (LLM) in International Affairs Law at
University of France and her PhD in Economics from Vietnam
Academy of Social Sciences.<br>
