<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The purpose of the consultancy is to support the UN in Viet Nam in the development of the New One Strategic Plan 2017-2021, particularly in regard to the human rights based
approach and human rights principles of universality and inalienability; indivisibility; inter-dependence and inter-relatedness; non-discrimination and equality; participation and inclusion; accountability and the rule of law in the development and design
of the plan narrative. The consultant will also support the drafting of content and the editing of the new strategic plan.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
