<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b>The Norwegian Mission Alliance in Vietnam (NMA-V) is seeking a highly qualified international consultant/team to conduct an organizational and management review. The deadline
for application is Jan 26<sup>th</sup> 2018 and the final report must be submitted by May 31<sup>st</sup> 2018.</b><b><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-GB"><o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">NMA-V is a non-governmental organization that has worked in partnership with Vietnamese local governments and partners since 1996 to empower the poor and marginalized through social inclusion and
poverty reduction. NMAV is starting a new program in 2018 after completing a 5-year program cycle.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">The objective of the review is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of NMAV’s current<span style="color:red">
</span>management and organizational structure and provide actionable recommendations. Focus should be given on external relationship with partners, internal organizational and management structures, integrated programming, staff job satisfaction, organizational
