[ingodirectors] URGENT: Call for Nominations - new INGO representative to CCM of GFATM

Dear INGO colleagues:

This is a call for your nominations or self-nominations for a new INGO
representative to the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) of the Global
Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) in Vietnam. Please send
your nominations or expressions of interest by Wednesday 22 December 2010 to
my attention at <director at ngocentre.org.vn>. Please include one or two
sentences describing professional relevance of the suggested candidate.

The INGO representative to the CCM represents all INGOs in Vietnam during
discussions on AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Mr Steve Mills (Family Health
International), who currently holds this position, is resigning as he is now
a member of the Global Fund technical review panel. Please note that a very
short deadline for your nominations/self-nominations is due to the fact
that the Ministry of Health has requested from UNAIDS to submit the name of
a new INGO representative this week.

Note that the Country Coordinating Mechanism meets up to four times a year
to discuss and review GFATM proposal development and implementation. There
are also sub committees for each of the three diseases.
