[ingodirectors] Renewed Request - Contact Person for Electronic INGO Directory

Dear Colleagues,

Many thanks to those of you who have provided contact details for the
person in your organization who will be responsible for updating the
new electronic version of the INGO Directory. You do not need to
respond to this email!

However, some INGO directors have not provided this information yet. I
know that directors are extremely busy, so I hope they can squeeze in
the time to send this information by next Friday 28 May 2010.  This
will help us to make sure that all member organisations are included
in the INGO Directory for 2010, and also that the most up-to-date
information about each member organisation appears on the NGO Resource
Centre website. We need a dedicated point person in your organization,
who will be providing general information about your INGO and also
updating your organisation's section of the website. They will have
access and 'editing' authority to input or modify the information
about your INGO on our website.

The information each organisation provides electronically will also be
the basis for the printed version of 2010 INGO Directory.

Please make sure to include the following information in your reply:

1. Name of the Contact Person, including title / position
2. Email address of the above person
3. Phone number of the above person

The point person will receive further instructions on how to submit
the most current information about your INGO to our database, which
will also be used for publishing the INGO Directory 2010.
