[ingodirectors] REMINDER: INGO Forum 26 Nov and Final Agenda

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

A big 'thank you' to those of you who confirmed your attendance! As for 
the others, this is a gentle reminder that the second INGO Forum in 2010 
will take place this Friday (26 November) at 15:00 hrs. Please join us 
at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre. I would appreciate if you could take a 
moment and confirm your attendance by sending a short email to 
<administrator at ngocentre.org.vn> or by calling 3832-8570. We need to 
know the final number of participants in order to avoid any last minute 
change of the venue. Please note that the Steering Committee made some 
comments to the agenda and the final agenda will now include:

1. Current Situation and Brief Update on the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre in 
2010
2. Update on the Health Partnership Group (HPG) and Draft 5-year Health Plan
3. Briefing and Discussion on Visas and Work Permits for INGO 
Expatriates and Family Members (by PACCOM)
4. Discussion and Final Inputs for the INGOs' Statement at the 
Consultative Group (CG) Meeting
5. New Steering Committee Member Announcement

Also note that the agenda for the Consultative Group (CG) meeting has 
been revised by donors and ministries. The themes for the CG meeting are 
now slightly different and have been updated in the attached document. 
Please note that the final CG agenda is subject to change.
