Dear  Directors and Mission Heads,

Please accept my apologies for cross-posting in case you received this email
from iSEE already. I would like to encourage you to participate in a survey
which is reviewing partnership between INGOs and Vietnam in last five years.
The result will be used to assist PACCOM to better support INGOs work in
Vietnam. It also aims to provide inputs for the 'Conference on Foreign Aid -
Vietnam and INGOs Partnership' to be held next year. Therefore, your
participation is crucial for the success of Vietnam-INGOs partnership.
