Dear INGO colleagues:

It is my pleasure to announce a newly elected INGO representative to the 
Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, 
Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). Ms Yasmin Madan from Population 
Services Internationalhas received the highest number of votes and will 
be representing all INGOs in Vietnamat the CCM during discussions on 
AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Please join me in congratulating Yasmin
