[ingodirectors] Review of the EU-UN Cost Norms 2009

Dear colleagues and friends,

I have received an email from the Head of Finance, Contracts and Audit 
Section of the EU Delegation to Vietnam Mr. Emmanuel Mersch. He kindly 
requested your views on practical improvements of the 'UN-EU Guidelines 
for Financing of Local Costs in Development Cooperation with Vietnam'. 
Please see the enclosed letter from Mr. Mersch. I have also enclosed the 
original document, in case you have not received it in 2009.

If you are interested in providing any feedback to the EU Delegation, 
please send it to me. Also note that the deadline is the 21st of March, 
however, we will need 1 - 2 days to consolidate your inputs. Therefore I 
look forward to receiving your feedback by the 17th of March.
