Dear colleagues:

I have a quick question, following several emails from some of your 
colleagues who contacted me concerned about their pending applications 
for renewal of permits. Can you spare a few minutes and email me back 
with a short reply about the current status of your permit. For the 
purpose of this inquiry, please consider any of the following categories 
as 'permit': project permit, project office permit or representative 
office permit. Note that this is only for internal use between member 
INGOs -- I will share the breakdown with all of you, but I will not 
share it further. Please respond and tell me if your NGO:

a) has submitted an application for renewal; and is still waiting for 
new permit (how long ago)?
b) has submitted an application for renewal; and has received the new 
permit (how long it took)?
c) has a valid permit from earlier, which has not expired yet?
d) any other status?
