[ingodirectors] Invitation to INGO Forum 28 October 2011

Dear colleagues and friends,

You are kindly invited to the *INGO Forum on Friday 28 October 2011*, which
will take place at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre from 2:00 PM to 4:30
PM. *Please
confirm your attendance in advance with Ms Ha *at <
administrator at ngocentre.org.vn> or by calling (04) 3832 8570, especially if
there will be more than one person from a single INGO, so that we can book
an alternative meeting room in La Thanh Hotel in case a large number of
participants confirm their attendance. Mr Don Tuan Phong, PACCOM Director
General, and Mr Nguyen Ngoc Hung, PACCOM Deputy Director General - also a
new Co-Director of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre, confirmed that they will
join the Forum and co-chair the meeting. A preliminary agenda will include
the following topics:

1. Update on activities, membership and staff at the VUFO-NGO Resource
Centre
2. Discussion about thenew regulations for visas and work permits of
expatriate INGO staff
3. Discussion and inputs for the Year-End Consultative Group Meeting in
December 2011
4. Announcements of new Steering Committee members and new INGO
representatives to Consultative Group
