Dear INGO Representatives:

This year two mandates of INGO Representatives for the Consultative 
Group (CG) meeting will expire. All INGO members should vote for 2 (two) 
candidates from the list below. If you will attend the INGO Forum 
tomorrow at 2:00 pm, you will be able to vote directly. If you prefer 
electronic voting, please choose two names from the following list, 
approved by the Steering Committee, and email them immediately:

1. Mr Peter Newsum, Country Director, CARE in Vietnam
2. Mr Paul Finnis, Director, Saigon Children's Charity
3. Ms Le Kim Dung, Associate Country Director, Oxfam Great Britain

Please note that Peter Newsum was first elected in May 2009 and is 
eligible for re-election one more time. I look forward to receiving your
