The questionnaire is a part of the ongoing study of the implementation of
Decree 93, conducted by the Vietnamese Union of Scientific and
Technological Associations (VUSTA) and CARE International in Vietnam. The
VUFO-NGO Resource Centre is supporting the study together with PACCOM,
Ministry of Planning and Investment and Like-Minded Donor Group (LMDG) --
led by CIDA and Irish Aid. For more details please check the first page of
the attached documents.

The questionnaire should not take more than 30 minutes of your time. Should
you have any questions, please contact the Consultant Team listed above.
