[ingodirectors] Announcement of INGO Representatives to VDF

Dear INGO colleagues:

Following our recent call for nominations, several candidates were
nominated for INGO representatives at the Vietnam Development Forum (VDF)
-- formerly known as Consultative Group. Two nominees confirmed their
interest for this function; and the Steering Committee of the VUFO-NGO
Resource Centre approved both appointments without elections.

Please join me in extending congratulations to the following colleagues:

Ms. Thao Hoang Phuong, Country Director, ActionAid International in Vietnam
Ms. Kim N. B. Ninh, Country Representative, The Asia Foundation

As a reminder, the other two VDF representatives are:
