On behalf of People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM), please find
attached the announcement and the agenda of the 3rd International
Conference on the Vietnam - Foreign NGOs cooperation. The conference will
take place on 28 - 29 November, 2013 at Grand Plaza Hotel, 117 Tran Duy
Hung, Cau Giay in Hanoi. An official invitation will be sent to you by 20
