Dear colleagues and friends,

By now, most of you will have met Mr. Phan Anh Son, new PACCOM Director
General. In the spirit of a friendly and open beginning of his
collaboration with INGOs in Vietnam, I wanted to informally share with you
that his father-in-law passed away today. We do not often use this mailing
list to share personal information, but I though that you may appreciate
receiving this sad news.

Our team at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre sympathise with Son's family at
this time; and we feel for their loss.
