Dear colleagues and friends,

Our team was very happy to welcome almost 50 of you at the INGO forum in 
late May. With help from the PACCOM team, we tried to bridge the gap 
since the last gathering in 2012 and provide updates on all relevant 
activities. Thank you for coming and joining the meeting. For those of 
you who were not able to participate, our team prepared detailed
