[ingodirectors] CALL for NOMINATIONS: Representatives for VDPF and NGORC Steering Committee

Dear INGO directors and representatives:

This is a call for nominations and/or self-nominations of three 
candidates for the assignments listed below. Please submit 3 different 
names, including self-nominations, before Monday 31 March 2014, by 
sending an email to <director at ngocentre.org.vn>. When submitting your 
nominations, kindly indicate the exact assignment for each suggested 
name. Following the elections, three candidates with the highest number 
of votes will be appointed as INGO representatives at the following bodies:

Steering Committee of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre: 1 (one) representative
Vietnam Development Partnership Forum (VDPF): 2 (two) representatives

Kindly note that eligible candidates include country directors, 
representatives or most senior positions in your INGO. Deputy directors 
are not eligible. When nominating or self-nominating, please make sure 
that the suggested INGO and the nominee meet the following criteria:

1. INGO is a member of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre
2. INGO has a 'representative' or a 'project office' status
3. Nominee has been in her/his position for at least one year
4. Nominee is committed to the assignment for a minimum of 2 years

You will be invited to vote electronically after 1 April 2014. Each INGO 
will give votes for one Steering Committee candidate and two VDPF 
candidates, provided that your organisation has paid 2014 membership fee 
by the time of elections. New directors, who may not be familiar with 
VDPF or the Steering Committee functions, please check the following
