[ingodirectors] INVITATION to INGO Forum on 23 May 2014

Dear colleagues and friends,

You are kindly invited to join the INGO Forum meeting on Friday 23 May 
2014, which will take place at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre, Trung Tu 
Diplomatic Compound, 6 Dang Van Ngu, Dong Da, Hanoi. The meeting will 
start at 2:00 PM and finish at 4:30 PM. Our neighbours at Save the 
Children generously allowed our use of their conference room for this 
occasion. The conference room is situated in front of the VUFO-NGO 
Resource Centre, between buildings E3 and E4.

Please confirm your attendance with our Administrator Ms Bui Thi Kim 
Ngan at <administrator at ngocentre.org.vn> (copied here)

We would appreciate it if you could limit your participation to one 
person per member organisation, preferably country directors or 
equivalent. We expect Mr Phan Anh Son, PACCOM Director General and his 
senior team to join the meeting. Mr Nguyen Ngoc Hung, PACCOM Deputy 
Director General, and I will co-chair the meeting. Please see a detailed 
agenda in the attachment. The main topics will include:

- Update on activities and news from the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre
- Update on activities and news from People's Aid Coordinating Committee
- Presentation of a new format of Vietnam Development Partnership Forum
- Presentation of the VNGO Platform for Vietnam Development Partnership 
Forum
