I would like to share with you that our partners and friends at the
People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM) will be conferred the
First Grade Medal of Labour by the President of the Socialist Republic
of Vietnam. The First Grade Medal of Labour is a treasured award
conferred by the top leadership of Vietnam for PACCOM's achievements
during the last 25 years of Vietnam's development.
