as a new member of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre's Steering Committee.

Huyen is not a stranger to our INGO community. She has worked for World 
Vision in Vietnam for 21 years, currently overseeing annual budget of 20 
million US dollars, 56 programs and operations in 15 provinces. As a 
strategic and mature leader, Huyen has an excellent understanding of 
Vietnamese development context. She is a graduate of the Eastern 
University, St. David’s Pennsylvania in USA. She has an MBA specialised 
in Leadership and Development and holds a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi 
University.
