Dear INGO directors:

I would like to invite your organisation to participate in the 2015 
Salary & Benefits Survey of National Staff employed by INGOs working in 
Vietnam. Please assign a Contact Person for completing the survey; share 
her/his name & email address; and confirm your participation by replying 
to <director at ngocentre.org.vn>

All members of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre will be invited to 
participate in the survey. The final report will be distributed only to 
member INGOs. The survey will guarantee full confidentiality of all 
disclosed data. The final report will not link your salary levels or 
budget information with your organisation.

Please choose ONE of the following people as your Contact Person: a) 
yourself (Country Director); b) Human Resources Director / Manager; c) 
Finance Director / Manager; or any equivalent position. The Contact 
Person must be familiar with your organization's salary scales, 
personnel policies and benefits. For security reasons only the Contact 
Person of your choice will receive an email with a safe link to online 
questionnaire, including detailed instruction.
