Dear Colleagues,

As some of you may know, I decided some months ago do not extend my
contract with SNV which is going to end today. Due this, SNV already
started the process to find a suitable candidate to take over this
position. Since still nobody was appointed to take over this position
for long time, SNV decided to do a transition arrangement that I would
like to inform you all that as per 01 November 2016, Mr. Allert Van
Den Harm, current SNV CEO, will be the Acting Country Director and Ms.
Ly Thi Minh Hai will be the Deputy Country Director of SNV Vietnam
until further notice.

I would also take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues
for the good cooperation and support you provided to SNV and myself
during my stay in Vietnam.
