[ingodirectors] URGENT: Last-minute Invitation to Signing Ceremony of GoV-UN One Strategic Plan 2017-2021

Dear INGO directors:

I just received an invitation from the UN Resident Coordinator Mr.
Kamal Malhotra to INGOs / VNGOs (see email below and the attached
letter). This is a last-minute invitation and the UN staff asked for
confirmations by 3:00 PM today (in a few minutes). The Prime Minister
and the UN Resident Coordinator will be signing the One Strategic Plan
2017-2021.

If you are interested, I think that they may accept confirmations by
COB (close of business) today (Tuesday). Please DO NOT REPLY and do
not REPLY ALL to this email. This message is circulated via mailing
list with 100+ individual subscribers. If you would like to attend,
please confirm with the UN contact person listed below in email and
invitation.
