[ingodirectors] NGORC Membership Fees 2017

Dear INGO directors,

I look forward to continuing our fruitful collaboration in 2017!

At this time of year, we send our invoices for annual memberships. Your 
office will receive it in a few days; and you may notice that the fee is 
higher this year. This is our first increase in seven years. Up until 
now, we implemented several measures to keep our operating costs at 
minimum. We have been operating on a tight budget for years. However, we 
reached the stage when there is no other choice but to ask for a little 
more from you. Please find enclosed a formal letter with detailed 
explanation.

I trust that you will continue supporting the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre, 
so that we can continue serving the wider community of INGOs for the 
benefit of people in Vietnam. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
