[ingodirectors] Report on Socio-Economic Information on Vietnam by PACCOM

Dear INGO directors:

In late April 2017 PACCOM met core group members of the NGORC Working
Groups. We discussed action plans and explored possibilities for
cooperation. Among other things, PACCOM Director General Mr. Phan Anh
Son mentioned a report on Vietnam's Socio-Economic Situation and
Policy Recommendations, which was under development.

PACCOM has finalised the above-mentioned report and I would like to
share it with you (attached) for your reading pleasure. Feel free to
circulate among your key staff.
