Dear INGO directors:

Following our call for elections, we have received votes from 37 member
organisations. Both candidates have received your strong support, but one
of them had the majority of your votes on her side. It is my pleasure to
announce that the new INGO Representative at the Vietnam Development Forum
is:

*Ms. Eva-Maria Jongen*
*Director of the Regional Office for Bread for the World in Vietnam and
Laos*

Please join me in congratulating Eva on her appointment! Let me also
express gratitude to Rob Letchford from the Institute of International
