[ingodirectors] Submission of Joint INGO Comments on Revision of Decree 12

Dear INGO directors:

Thank you for signing on the joint INGO comments regarding the
upcoming revision of Decree 12. Almost 50 INGOs responded positively
to my request from last week. The document was submitted to PACCOM and
has been shared with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I would like to
thank all contributors who provided valuable feedback and those of you
who supported the final paper by signing it with your INGO's name.

Please find enclosed the final document with a full list of 47
supporters. I am sorry that some of you sent additional comments after
the agreed deadline, which we were not able to incorporate.

NOTE: This mailing list includes all INGO directors, members of the
VUFO-NGO Resource Centre. Apologies for cross-posting to those of you
who already received this information directly.

I will share all future developments and updates from PACCOM / MOFA
regarding Decree 12 as they happen.
