[ingodirectors] URGENT: Request for SIGN ON the Letter regarding Draft Decree on Sanction of Administrative Violations

Dear INGO directors:

Following my recent email mentioning a new decree on administrative
violations — a group of donors, INGOs and VNGOs held a series of
consultations and prepared the attached statement to be submitted to the
Office of the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

*Please reply before the end of TODAY* at <markongorc at gmail.com> if you
would like to *ADD your organisation*’s name to the list of signatories in
the document. We already included the list of previous signatories from the
last year’s similar statement on a different decree. Please respond if you
would like
​to *REMOVE ​*
*your*
*​ name* from the list (see attachment).


Kindly note that this is a final draft with general comments from a wider
development community — *do not send more comments*, as this
​version
 is already being translated into Vietnamese. The deadline for submission
is tomorrow and there is no time for further changes.

Regarding specific comments — I already received lots of feedback from many
of you. I am consolidating
​these into ​
a separate document
​which
 will
​be shared with relevant governmental partners and will be
discuss
​ed​
at the upcoming COMINGO-VUFO-PACCOM
​ ​
information-sharing meeting
​
scheduled for 22 September
