[ingodirectors] INVITATION to Information-Sharing Conference with INGOs 22 September 2017

Dear INGO directors:

On behalf of the People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM), I would
like to invite you to the information-sharing conference with INGOs,
organised by the Vietnam Committee for Foreign NGO Affairs (COMINGO).
The purpose of the conference will be to discuss new regulations
related to INGO operations in Vietnam. Please check the enclosed
letter with agenda for more details. Kindly note that the attached
agenda had been prepared before we agreed with PACCOM to include a new
decree on administrative violations into discussion. I just confirmed
with the PACCOM Senior Management team that the new decree WILL be
discussed at the conference.

Also note that a similar meeting will be organised on 3 October 2017
for INGOs based in Ho Chi Minh City. Invitation with more details will
